We understand that a number of our client do not have extensive travel experience and may feel anxious and concerned about travelling to a foreign country to have Medical treatments and Procedures.

To ease any feeling of stress or anxiety about their travel or medical procedures in Thailand, we provide a full coordination service where we arrange both their Travel and their surgery and all transfers to and From airport and Hospital. In doing this it eliminates our clients to have to organise anything themselves, making ourselves available when they need us often outside retail hours and at night time and on weekends.This has proved to be the key factor in our clients choosing our company based on our availability, and professionalism given to each and every client.

Breast Augumentation
I had surgery because It something that ive wanted for a long time, and now i feel im doing it for me not for anyone else I am 100% happy with the service i recieved, i have already recommended destiny meditravel to friends. Everything from the surgery, to flights to accommodation was done with ease, my emails were answered promptly and friendly. I have no hesitation about surgery in Thailand, Jacquie and Melanie have put me completly at ease.

 

Liposuction and Tummy
I had surgery for self image - to feel better about my body which i now do, i look great!!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering surgery. I fully researched Destiny Meditravel, the doctors, and hospitals before my surgery and found nothing but praise for all involved, and now I know why. Dr Rushapol was wonderful - his english was excellent, he was very caring and a skilled surgeon. The hospital was very modern & clean and all staff were very kind and professional. It is sooo important to have realistic expectations and research your surgery thoroughly beforehand. I am thinking about more lipo & taking my mum with me for a face lift!

Wave Front Lasik Laser Eye Correction
I chose Meditravel and Phuket Laser Centre because they were excellent and answered all my questions and reassured me. My eyes were horrible and I could not see six inches in front of my face. I am so happy to see 20/20 with no contacts or glasses. I can hardly wait to swim in my pool and play rugby etc, with no glasses or contacts! It is truly amazing! I only wish I wouldn't have waited until I was 33 to do it. Thank for changing my life.

I had been thinking about a breast implants for quite some time......not that I had an inferiority complex but my small size made me lack confidence to a certain extent, therefore after some research and some great feedback from past clients I decided to find out a little bit more through meditravel. At first I had a lot of questions running through my head, is it really worth going through an operation just for the sake of looking better? Will it be very painful?  What if something goes wrong and I'm overseas, or most importantly, what if I regret it!

I then did a bit of research and got in contact with Meditravel through their website and I started off by asking all sorts of questions, to which I got instant answers and they emailed me numerous information sheets to read over in my own time without any pressure. It was then that I decided to go through Meditravel to coordinate my surgery in Phuket After discussing my needs and wants, I emailed in photo for the surgeon to do a pre-assessment I found Dr Rushapols advice very professional and convincing and I therefore decided that this was the right decision to make.  We confirmed that at the consult when I arrived we would again go through the options to decide on the best procedure for me, ideal shape/size, in accordance to my lifestyle and final result I wanted. Meditravel organised everything from al the travel right through to picking me up at the airport and all my transfers to and from the hospital. I was never left to wonder what I was meant to do they had it covered. I loved the information pack they sent out before I left it was like a life safer for me leading up and even after the operation. I could answer all the comments from family and friends confidently as I was confident about my decision.

The operation run very smoothly and the after care advice and appointments I have been provided with have been fantastic! The sensation I felt after the operation was nothing unbearable; it felt as if I had over-worked in the gym doing bench-press, for about 48hrs after the op and after that, the recovery and healing process have been amazingly fast! 2 weekends after that I was home already going out socially and 3 months later I already started working out and my life was back to normal - with many compliments of course!

I am so very happy with the end result and if I would have to go through with it again, I would 100%..

Life is too short; therefore if a breast augmentation is something that would give you confidence and happiness then I strongly recommend you go for it! Now, I think why didn't I do with it before!

Breast Augmentation
Having made the decision that I need to have a face-lift and upper & lower eyelid Bleph, l was very excited but of course very apprehensive about the recovery time more than the operation itself.
I would definitely highly recommend the girls at Meditravel they are a fabulous team; l would say that l feel and that's what counts – l feel 10 years younger and look great! . l feel so much happier with how l look as my outside matched my insides. Jacquie and Mel made this experience so easy for me, They are both did a fantastic job to spend time with, answering my countless phone calls and emails they were so reassuring and patient as l was trying so hard to sort everything out with my very family and my job.
If anyone is considering a facelift then l would be happy to recommend Meditravel and Phuket International hospital to them my surgeon well he was just the best ever, love him love him love him!
I chose to do everything through Meditravel and felt so completely comfortable with my choice, they have this way of making you feel very special, unique and totally safe in with your decision to travel overseas for surgery. Mel organised all my travel and went far and above the normal call of any travel agent I have used she is an amazing person, on the end of the phone at all times, both Jacquie and Mel was with me every step, from me trying to organise dates around work, to picking me up from the airport, taking me to the hotel, and of course at the hospital – even so far as having someone with me whilst l had my operation! Again l felt confident, as l knew l could contact Meditravel at any time.

I had a lovely en suite private room at the hospital and everyone there was very friendly. The morning after the operation Doctor came to see me – by this time l was more than apprehensive but still excited to see the new me!

Upon waking up a nurse was immediately by my side – l was aware of a bandage around my head but felt ok with just a bit of a dull ache, l spent the rest of the afternoon dozing off and on, then was given some water to sip – water has never tasted so good! I was then allowed to shuffle to the bathroom and looked in the mirror l could see l had a chin line!! I was delighted, my eyes were obviously a bit gruesome to look at. I was then feeling well considering l had just had a major operation and l slept well that night and early next morning had a cup of tea and toast and was ready to leave the hospital, that day l dosed myself on anti inflammatory tablets and became aware of my face swelling up slightly so to combat any discomfort l had a supply of painkillers which the hospital had got for me. A few days later l went to see the doctor to have my eye stitches removed l was delighted there was very little redness, just a couple of small black eyes which quickly faded. A further week later l had the stitches removed from my head, which wasn't as painful as it sounds in any way.
I was very lucky with my healing process and although my face was slightly swollen l could carry on as normal.
I will definitely have any further surgery in Phuket and Meditravel again to be by my side.

Having had two children via c-section I was left with a lot of excess skin. I never let on my distress to anyone about it, until I came across your website. Price was always a factor and I had previously made a few discreet calls to surgeons here in Australia, which made me more distressed that I would never be able to afford it. I did an online estimate with your website and saw that I could have the surgery and a decent rest in Phuket for less than half of the surgery cost alone here. I breach the subject finally with my husband and he was so supportive (amazingly so) He said "yes" almost straight away and suggested I take my sister with me and have a break away and a good rest. (No arguments from me)
As you know my sister ended up also having Breast Implant and Liposuction (she is so pleased) we both appreciate the time that you both spent with us ensuring that we were well prepared. We would have been lost without that amazing checklist that by the time we left we were so excited and not nervous at all.

The minute that we arrived we both knew this would be the best decision we had ever made as everything was taken care of we knew where and when we had to be someone and there was always some there to take us and walk us through the process as we went along. Our Surgeons were both amazing (and Funny) the surgery went well and we believe it or not enjoyed our hospital stay the nurses and staff could not do enough.
We are both now 4 weeks on and feel fantastic, not to mention look slim and appealing already.  Plus I know that my results are only going to get better as the months go on. As you will see from the pictures, the difference is amazing.  I put my trust and all my dreams in both yours and the Surgeons hands and I would certainly do it again within the blink of an eye. Words could never express my gratitude for Meditravel and Dr Sanguan my breasts are perfect now. I knew from the moment I spoke with Mel and then met Dr. Sanguan I was in great hands. I was hesitant at first about the surgery because I've seen most women with too big boobs and unnatural looking. I can't believe how happy I am with the results. Lasik Laser Eye Correction
Making the decision to have the LASIK eye surgery was very scary for me. However after speaking with the girls at Meditravel, the decision was clear. I would be in good hands. I am glad I made the decision to have the surgery and chose to travel to Phuket the price alone was half what I had been quoted in Sydney! In the end my wife ended up having hers done at the same time. At Phuket Laser Centre, you can tell that the doctors. are genuinely concerned about your eye health. My husband recommended that I have Lasik in Phuket at the same time as he did and it was the best suggestion he has had in years ha ha . I had good vision with the soft contacts and had worn contacts for 30 years. I wanted to eliminate the contacts but still have vision equal to my vision with contacts. I now can see better now than when I wore contacts! I actually am more pleased with the surgery than I expected to be. I actually have better vision than with the contacts and have eliminated the expense of buying contacts and solutions and wearing thick glasses. I asked the Dr a number of questions regarding the surgery and he did an excellent job of answering my questions. I was convinced by the knowledge, experience and research. I felt that I would get quality care and I got more than I expected! I am still in shock of being able to see without glasses or contacts. It's amazing! I love it!"

Facelift, Brow lift and Lower Blepharoplasty
After reading many frightening tales in the media about overseas surgery I ruled out Malaysia and started looking at Thailand I felt concerned about finding a good hospital and Surgeon who I could entrust with my face. Happily though I need not have worried, as I found Meditravel's details on the web and loved what I saw and what was written by other past clients about your service and that of the hospitals and I sent an enquiry to and immediately received a phone call from Jacquie, Speaking to Jacquie I straight away felt at ease with her and confident about what I was planning and was happy to make an appointment for a consultation and surgery with your recommendation. My surgeon I found was a very nice " gentle" person with a good sense of humour. He knew almost without my saying what I wanted, and needed, to make me feel myself again. After he had carefully articulated his recommended procedure from my photos and then I met him I was on cloud nine when I got ready to go off to surgery to think I, or he, could turn the clock back.

After x-rays and blood tests and the longest, most professional medical history questionnaire I have ever had before undergoing surgery, I had my procedure a few hours later but with total confidence that I was in very good hands. The patient coordinator and hospital staff could not have been more caring and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. I, of course, felt discomfort but no pain, even after I left hospital two days later. A few days rest at the hotel and now, after having the stitches out I am raring to go explore Phuket and all it beauty. After putting up with painfully teeth for many years; I finally decided to do something about it.  I contacted Mel from Meditravel and explained my situation; she was helpful and delivered me with a package to take care of my dental requirements. 
Not knowing what to expect we were picked up at our hotel on the morning of the first appointment and driven to Bangkok Hospital, Phuket and the dental procedure was commenced.  The dentists speak English and are not difficult to communicate with. The equipment is all the latest and my comfort was high on their agenda.   
The treatments were handled very professionally with every contingency planed for, the dentist mapped out a treatment plan and the work was started.  10 days later I have a beautiful smile, no more toothaches and would highly recommend Meditravel to look after any dentistry needs for those looking at this as an alternative to Costly Australian Dentists

I would like to say the following regarding my trip to Phuket to have breast augmentation. I found the surgeon to be on the highest quality and very responsive to my questions. He was very skilled and made me feel completely at ease. The hospital was impeccable. And the service was very friendly and sweet. I really appreciate how smoothly everything ran. I was picked up on time and the check-in at the hotel was quick and stress free. Most importantly, four weeks to the day after my surgery I am very happy with the results. Dental
Yep we are home now and trying to get back to life in oz. had a wonderful time, thank you for your part in it all. 
The dentist was very successful and the staffs were incredible. So gentle and considerate, leaves the Aus dentists way down on the list. The flights were great and the transfers were very smooth, you did a super job.
The resort was very nice the only things were, where we were in the garden rooms they were a little older, but I guess we could have paid more and stayed in the newer area. Breakfast was wonderful.
We did a lot of trips and the lady from world travel was lovely, 
All in all a simply wonderful and memorable trip, don't mind if I don't see a dentist in the near future, and could highly recommend the dentist and everyone involved. Patong was the perfect place to do the first trip to Thailand. Everything was at the doorstep, shops, food, shops, beach, trips, shops....Oh did I mention the shops.... my gosh I went 35 kg on the scales at airport, lucky they let me through to the plane

Good Morning Melanie:
Just wanted to thank you for organizing my trip and ultimately making my dream come true!  I could not have ask for better treatment and service at the Phuket International Hospital it was truly first class.  Dr. V. is a wonderful surgeon and he explained everything to me in detail, I never once felt rushed he took that time and dedicated it to me.  It has been 2 weeks now since my surgery and I know that I am well on my way to recovery, for the first 3 months there is a lot of maintenance with the compression massaging but I know in the long run it will be well worth it and I really want to avoid capsular contracture.  I know every surgeon has a different opinion with massaging but I believe that you have to do what your surgeon has instructed you to do.
Prior to departure Melanie was kind enough to give me a referral, I spoke to Gaynor for probably an hour one evening and she too explained everything to me in detail and her whole experience in Phuket this certainly helped me to make my decision ...thank you Gaynor. My only challenge was probably doing this alone, trying to dress myself, shampoo and blow dry my hair was rather difficult and sometimes painful but I managed and for some reason I developed chronic bloating for about 8 days which was not fun, I can only believe that this was from the anaesthetic or medications. All in all this was a fantastic experience and before you know it you are back home with your new assets.  Enjoy 

Breast Augmentation and Rhinoplasty
I would just like to thank you for all your support and help from answering my copious amounts of questions to assisting both Felicity and I whilst we were in Phuket post-surgery. I must say I was very pleased and impressed by both the results and the hospital itself. I'm an extremely fussy person but I found the hospital lived up to every standard I placed against it and the staff and Dr Rushapol (?) was all very accommodating. My surgeon was just terrific, we discussed details at length and he made sure all aspects of surgery were both absolutely clear as to what I was to expect and how he was going to perform the surgery. He was very professional and was able to achieve the results I had requested down to the letter, his expertise was highly commended and definitely confirmed my confidence in going ahead with the procedures. 
In the future I hope to return again as there were so many things I would like to do, however post-surgery was not an ideal time to go jet skiing! After coming home so pleased with the whole ordeal my younger sister hopes to travel over to have similar surgery and I'm sure I will accompany her for support. Definitely appreciate the effort you went through placing Felicity and I together, we got along great and it helped a great deal during the healing process to have someone there to relate and sympathize with! I know it is a daunting experience to begin with but would be happy to reassure and commend Meditravel and their staff/surgeons in relation to their outstanding results and service throughout this process. Overall I was very pleased and thank you once again for all you have done, I now cant wait for summer to come along to show off my new "assets" and am still amazed at the results of my Rhinoplasty as weeks go by and the heeling process continues. Once arriving in Phuket, my friend and I were both picked up by the hospitals driver, the humidity would take some time to get used to but the car was blasting the air con, any car you got into in Phuket had their air cons blasting too. The hospital was more than we imagined, we were totally impressed aesthetically but the service was amazing too, some struggled a bit with their command of English but managed to understand. After my consultation with Dr Rushapol who was a great DR!! I know this was my second round of plastic surgery and I've met a lot of surgeons. He was informative, funny, and just comfortable; I knew I could trust him in getting implants for the look I wanted. The nurses were amazing; I do believe Phuket International Hospital is with out a doubt better than half the hospitals in OZ! After the op I was sore, I didn't expect to be so uncomfortable, then again I did have surgery. After 2 nights in hospital (my friend had a breast reduction and it was also a great job!!) we were taken back to our hotel to spend the next 2 weeks recovering. The hotel was beautiful –DEEAVANA PATONG very central rooms were great too. My only warning to anyone going to Phuket to get surgery is bare in mind it is ridiculously humid so you need to take great care of your wounds. Unless they are covered with waterproof tape. Shopping was by far the highlight, every fake brand you could imagine under the sun!! Bargaining took some time to get a grip of, but my warning to anyone going t-shirts you shouldn't pay more than 150-300 BAHT, DVDS- 50BAHT, BAGS=500-800 BAHT, SUNGLASSES-300BAHT, BATHERS 400-600BAHT. They will always start at a ridiculous price, and what we learnt was thinking how much is it worth in Australia, usually nothing is every worth more than $40 depending what you buy, I mean I got 3 pairs of Louis Vuitton heels for 900 BAHT each! always give them your final price and they will try to say "no no  better price please" but don't fall for it….start to walk away…you will get the price you want! Definitely go see Simon Cabaret that was fantastic, Fantasea show was wonderful too. Don't go elephant riding, getting in a taxi there (tuk tuk) and going over bumps and bad roads hurt our boobs, so be realistic,. You have to be realistic, you have just had surgery. No doubt you'll meet other people who have had surgery too staying at your hotel, and you share your stories and make some good friends, Mel was also an amazing help throughout this experience, a big thank you to her, and Peter, and Dr Rushapol, and all the nurses!!!  Would I do it again? MOST DEFINITELY!!!!

I can understand why patients would be wary, we all hear the horror stories of cosmetic procedures done overseas, but as a nurse perhaps I have insight into the knowledge of the amount of procedures that also go wrong in Australia.  It is a risk we take no matter where in the world.  
I am so happy with the results, I am so glad I got it done, and am glad I got it done in Thailand.  I am rather a shy person, however I am so impressed by the work it has been difficult not to advertise it.  I would be more than happy to speak to anyone considering going overseas, and I would be more than happy to offer my absolute reassurance.
I am healing well, and I get butterflies thinking about how excited I am going to be when summer comes into play!  Its not that I am someone to flaunt my assets, its more that I don't think about them. I love that, I no longer have to hide behind padded bras and chicken fillets

Well, I'm back and never been happier! Surgery went excellent and result is more and more pleasing each day. Before I left everyone kept saying to me 'you clearly don't watch 60 minutes or a current affair' but, after speaking to you and others that had successful operations in Thailand I decided that the worst that could happen there could also happen here so why let it hold me back, and, I'm glad I didn't. We got there on the Wednesday, the hospital picked myself and my two travel buddies up from the airport and dropped us at the Deevana Patong Resort. The welcoming we got there was just unreal! We settled in for the night and finally got some sleep. The following morning, the hospital driver picked us up and dropped us off for my 0900 appointment with the surgeon. 
I discussed what I wanted with the surgeon and he discussed what was suitable, next thing you know he's drawing me up for surgery and I'm on a drip with glucose and saline preparing for the op. Before you know it I was in theatre and then back in my room, it was all done. The hospital was very clean; I had my own room with the Plasma. They do have Australian TV haha and some movies you can watch too. 
The night after surgery was painful but... bearable. Allot of people (even those who have not had the surgery) just carried on about how painful and risky it was but, I have no regrets and honestly beg to differ with the insight they all had to offer. The day after surgery I was walking around but very slowly and gently, the second day following surgery I was getting a tuk tuk down to the local markets for some shopping. I don't deny the operation was painful but I do think that allot of people don't realise just how quick the recovery is. I'm extremely pleased with the way my breast augmentation turned out and only wish I did it sooner. Would definitely recommend it and really stress that the things that could go wrong there could go wrong here in our own country. The surgeon was exceptional and I'd go back for other work if I really wanted too.

You were right, Thank your for organising all 10 of us with precision and detail don't know how you did it but you did. My surgeon Dr Sanguan was wonderful, so reassuring and gentle; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. The level of care was totally professional, and the international services manager Peter also paid me a visit on my last day to check that everything was ok, which was nice. I can understand now why you work for these hospitals and you are very lucky if it means you can go back every now and again! I totally want to go back there again, it's hard being back in NZ and the cold, when Phuket and Phi Phi were like slices of paradise. The food was wonderful too.

Hi, My name is Gaynor from Perth, Western Australia.  Well, what can I say, going to Thailand - Phuket, was one of the best decisions I have ever made, after nearly two months of research.  I went to three surgeons for consultations in Perth and came home unhappy with my first impressions.  So that is when I called Mel from Destiny Travel, researched it and made the decision to go to Thailand.  I also had the opportunity to talk with others who had been and had surgery in Thailand.  Words cannot say how much this has meant to me and how wonderful Mel has been.  She gave me ongoing support before I left and when I came home.  My surgeon in Phuket, made me feel very comfortable, he spoke English very well, and spent a lot of time with me explaining everything and he seemed so much more advanced in knowledge than the surgeons I met in Australia. The Phuket International Private Hospital facilities were excellent and the nursing staff excelled in their nursing care.  I give the hospital five stars. My mother who has worked in Nursing Education for many years came along with me and also agreed their facilities and nursing care and support staff were excellent and well advanced to a lot of hospitals here in Australia. I have been in private health care and only used the best hospitals and will say that this hospital ran rings around the Australian hospitals.
After I woke up from my surgery, my surgeon was there with me and he told me how perfect and happy he was with the results of the surgery and I will never forget hearing that. I am so pleased with the outcome of my surgery. I stayed in hospital for one night, and then was taken back to the resort. I was given all the medical supplies I needed once out of hospital.
Yes I was sore, but I was still able to go shopping, went for an elephant ride and even had a canoe ride. I was able to wear bikinis and go to the beach because there was only little swelling and I had no bruising, to me they were perfect. Going to Thailand was a third of the cost in Australia, so I save seven thousand dollars, if not more, and will be going back for sure.
Regarding the negativity the doctors in Australia have with people going to another country for surgery, I believe it a lot of baloney/rubbish as I have been there and done it and happy with the results, saved money and had a wonderful holiday as the people of Thailand are beautiful.  I think the Australian doctors and hospital system are very greedy and over charge for the services they render.

I am 47 and have wanted to have larger breasts all my life and I would like to thank Destiny Meditravel and Dr Rushapol for fulfilling my dream.  I was a 10A now I am a 10C and they look totally natural.  I was originally going to have this operation in Australia and was quoted over $12,000.00.  I made many enquiries into different plastic surgery destinations but Destiny Meditravel y were able to answer all of my questions and provide a two week holiday, with an overnight stay at Phuket Hospital and a night in Bangkok during the July school holidays.   I was also able to discuss my concerns with another patient of Dr Rushapol who had had a similar procedure.  Melanie from Destiny Meditravel  organise everything for me, tickets, transfers, appointments with the Doctor, special bra for after the operation, tips on Thai shopping etc.  I am extremely happy with my surgery and it was the best holiday I had in years.  I took my 17-year-old daughter with me as support and we shopped and went sightseeing  to our hearts content.  The whole package including the surgery, with a fantastic holiday cost approximately $7,000.00 in total for us both. 
The hospital room was excellent and the nursing staff were very good.  Every effort was made by the hospital staff to minimise any language difficulties.  One of my main concerns was what to do if follow up treatment was required. I was told that Destiny Meditravel would assist with organising appointments and treatment could be continued either in Australia or back in Thailand.  I would definitely recommend having this surgery done overseas and would definitely consider having other procedures in the future.
Destiny Meditravel's organizational skills were excellent.  They could be contacted at anytime prior to travelling and whilst I was away.  These skills let me enjoy my holiday and basically took most of the stress away, thank you again as I am extremely happy with my results.

I travelled from Townsville to Phuket to have a tummy tuck done - because after numerous attempts at having it done here and having the operation cancelled I got fed up.
I had my pintail appointment with the surgeon at 9 am on the Tuesday morning and after being assessed and complete blood work and x -ray s done was in theatre at 11am that same day.  All of the staff in the hospital where  completely patient oriented and nothing was too much to ask.  When we had one nurse come in there were 3 - 4 of them that would come in.  It was the matron that would administer the drugs and only her.  And only the surgeon would look at and redress my wound.  Was told once we left the hospital that if anything was to go wrong during our time in Phuket that all we needed to do was to ring the hospital and they would send a doctor and nurse to us. We were extremely happy with everything that happened during and after my operation and would recommend the services of this company to anyone that was considering it.

Breast Augmentation
If your desire for breast augmentation is to feel  confident, have better body proportion and wear sexy clothes while fitting it all into your budget with a couple of days to recovery then Destiny Travel  will work well for you. Definitely do your homework on sizing and communicate that very clearly with your surgeon. Don't have unrealistic expectation. Having said that, Dr Pongsakorn asked great questions about my lifestyle and suggested appropriate sizing. I had surgery four weeks ago. I still do think I should have gone for 50 cc or more bigger. The organizing of the whole package went smooth and I am glad that Melanie handled all of that. The hospital staff were fantastic, caring and very friendly.  Everything was explained really well while in the consultation and there is a nurse present all the time. Just a suggestion, there is no need to pack too many clothes and try to take tops with button in front as it is easier to wear.

Dental
I would just like to say that after being someone who was very wary of getting dental work done over in Thailand I would now recommended it to ANYONE that asked. I now have an absolutely beautiful smile and it was such an easy and affordable process! It cost less than one quarter of the price I was quoted in Australia and the service was flawless. My Friend 'Neil' was always waiting patiently to pick me up for each appointment and bring me home after a long session in the chair. I'd like to thank you also Mel for your help and the peace of mind you gave me when I was a little stress before my trip!

I'm finally back from Phuket. Firstly I would just like to thank you and all the staff at Phuket Hospital for all your help and patience through this journey of mine.  Everyone from Doctor Pongsakorn to nurses and other staff were fantastic. They were all very patient and helpful with me.  As you know I travelled to Phuket by myself and was very hesitant on doing so in the first place. So far I am still too sore to really enjoy my procedures but hopefully in the next month I will stand back and in the mirror and smile.  Doctor Pongsakorn is a lovely man and all he did was reassure me everything was ok because I think my pain threshold is not that good. I always had questions for him and he always replied with a smile on his face.  The staff at hospital were fantastic too.  There is nothing I can complain about except for my pain. The hotel was great too. Even though I was very bored as I couldn't do many activities due to my condition and I was alone.  I would recommend you !
 and the hospital to anyone, especially anyone wanting to travel alone.  Maybe the only suggestion I have is that stay at the hospital should be for a longer duration as you need that little time longer and because you are in a foreign country and aren't quite as mobile as you want to be.  Personally I think I would have been happy to stay at hospital for the whole 12 days instead of paying for a hotel I would have rather preferred to pay extra for hospital stay. But this is all about preference overall, again thank you for everything.  I will be  liaising with Dr Pongsakorn in the next month or two to send more photos of me once I have healed better. The hospital was first class; the doctors and nurses were really friendly and professional.  When I first arrived for my consult and for pre surgery checks, such as blood test, heart monitor, x-rays etc, there was no waiting around.  It was basically like the doctors were waiting for you, instead of the other way around.  Dr Pathom was just the nicest man - After meeting him in Perth, I came to Thailand with no worries or concerns whatsoever about the surgery.  Also, the lady that come to collect me from the hotel (forgotten her name) was really, really helpful too.  I wouldn't think twice about recommending Thailand to someone for anything they would like done. 

Surgery itself was fine - I remember a bit of pain straight afterwards, and I know I wanted to do nothing but sleep, but every hour - on the hour - one of the nurses would knock on the door and come in to check my temperature and take my blood pressure - they were so nice about disturbing me though!  Everything was great after that - in fact the night after my surgery, I was out to dinner and walking around Phuket trying to avoid the tailors ! 

I've recommended both you and Dr Pathom to a girlfriend of mine who is thinking of having some surgery done later on this year; may even be back myself yet! Thanks so much for all of your help - it was great that you were there at the same time too, so that we could actually meet

I was so impressed with the hospital in Phuket the hospital and staff were first class. Admittedly I was nervous about the idea of surgery in a foreign country but once I walked into that hospital and saw how they treated me they disappeared. Dr Piyaps was such a lovely man and so understanding of what I wanted to achieve and believe me I have the flattest stomach now thanks to him. I normally hate staying in hospitals but I was fortunate enough to stay in the Presidential Wing and really after being in there the hotel could not compete with the standard it had internet access, great food, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms my own kitchenette and my friend could stay over night with me. Once again for anyone who might be nervous about travelling overseas for surgery they need not be with you organizing everything flights, accommodation and all the appointments and surgery and keeping track of me while I was there made me feel very reassured and my friend an I intend on going back next year this time it is her turn to be the patient

My name is Lea' I' am 30 years old with 4 children. I was desperately looking for plastic surgeons to give me implants that I have wanted for many years. 
My breast where empty with lots of skin, and I had no self-confidence and low self esteem. After considering the options for local dental treatment and travelling to Thailand, Melanie made the decision easy. Her dedication and confidence had me feeling assured that I as  in good hands and of course the costs spoke for themselves. However I was still amazed at the quality of the work, the professionalism of the dentists, the TLC with which I was treated and the results. In one day I had several old filling s replaced, two wisdom teeth removed, a bone graft and post implant. I expected at least some pain but it never came. Afterwards I expected some postoperative pain and swelling – none came. Great accommodation, handy location to the dentist. Altogether a great experience. Highly recommended
One word of advice for anyone planning a long chair session – bring your iPod, it's a great mental anaesthetic

Thanks for all your help with our surgery and Travel arrangements which were cheaper than anything our travel agent could find!. My husband and I arrived in Phuket to be met at the airport and taken to our hotel which was lovely The next day I had by appointment and then surgery that afternoon all went well and I was surprised with my new breast how little pain I would feel. the hospital and all the staff were amazing I would not expect to receive the treatment that I got there in our Sydney hospitals. Had a great holiday and got out and did a bunch of shopping for the kids. once again thanks very much
