Due to recent media publication we have decided not to include Malaysia at this time as a destination offering. Although Malaysia, Philippines and India offer Medical Tourism targeted at our Australian Market our extensive research into these destinations and companies using them has established that they do not offer the standard that we would accept in sending our clients to in good Consciousness. We urge our clients to research their options and the companies like ourselves who offer coordination services. We currently send clients to Bangkok and Phuket offering the same quality of care and service at each location.
We have provided an Online estimate system that allows clients to get estimate prices on their selected procedures and to also include their travel prices in a number of different currencies. Our services are available worldwide so we offer the choice of currency in the estimate process. This allows clients to have an informed amount of information when planning their Surgery Travel that includes their cost of getting to the Destination inclusive of airfares (taxes includes) and accommodation options in a number of Star rating according to Budgets All you have to do is enter the section "Instant Online estimate". Enter your details and preferred treatments and surgery and within 45 seconds a email will be returned to you with a PDF attachment of you estimated cost. If you do not receive this email please contact us with your details so we can chase it up
Travel
Melanie Bawden is also a Travel consultant employed by a licensed Travel agent this legally allows her to book all your flights and accommodation for international travel worldwide. She can book flights that depart from other countries other than Australian using the Galileo Computerized Global Reservation System.
In Australia it is illegal for a person or company which is not licensed to take money on behalf of a client for any component of Travel. Melanie Bawden also works for MTA Travel .Licence Number TAG903 . The travel Prices used are based on estimate prices only , our online system cannot take into account the many number of specials that we have on offer for specific travel periods and destination options

This is very important to us that our clients are happy about their decision to travel abroad for Cosmetic, Dental or Surgical Procedures. We have in place an agreement with our Partner Hospital in Phuket that in the event that something unforeseen surgically does goes wrong or need further corrective surgery upon you return home, that we fly you free of charge back to Thailand to have corrective Surgery preformed at no cost.. With any surgery whether it be in your home country or abroad there will always be risk involved and on occasion the unforeseen can occur. We at Destiny Medi-Travel like to plan ahead and cover all possibilities and to provide our clients the peace of mind that we continue our patient care and duty of care to our clients after they return home.

The hospitals we recommend are ISO 9001 accredited - which represents the international standard for quality assurance. This is equivalent to the same level of dependable quality in Western countries, including the UK, US and Australia.
Affordability, Availability and Flexibility
Medical procedures and treatments in Thailand are far less expensive than in our client home countries, with the same expertise and results you would expect from surgeons at home. There are many economic factors that have produced such a great price difference, including low cost of living and low taxes, and a great exchange rate. A low price in Thailand most certainly does not signify low quality, quite the contrary their Hospitals are described world wide as replicas of International resorts.

Important Note – Destiny Medi-Travel’s staff and representatives are not medical practitioners and are simply acting as coordinators of your medical tour. All medical advice and estimates for procedures are provided by the hospitals.
We acknowledge that a number of our clients are busy during the day and so we make ourselves available after hours to take your calls.up until 9pm most nights 7 days a week.
Patient Safety
Patient safety is foremost in our minds, we would not send a client to a dangerous area or to an inferior standard clinic or Hospital. We only deal with International recognized hospital and with Doctors with extensive training both in Thailand and Western countries. If a client is concerned about the "negative" media reports that have come to light about Thailand Surgery our founder Melanie Bawden has herself undergone surgery in Thailand and is more than willing to share her experience and knowledge with you. You can be assured that we would not send a client somewhere we would not be prepared to go ourselves. Bangkok Hospital Phuket has given us an assurance that should a client return home and something surgically go wrong or need to be corrected that they will pay the total cost of having them return to Phuket at their expense. This is your assurance that they would not be offering this if they thought it would happen a lot! To date this guarantee has not had to be activated and we hope that it never does!
Our Site provides you a budgeting tool our online instant estimate system for you to obtain realistic prices on Surgery, Travel and Accommodation, helping you budget for the ultimate Holiday experience. You input your selections and within 45 second you will receive an email with the ‘estimate: cost.
Once you receive your estimate you can then return to the web site and enter your unique estimate number into the booking page, once we receive your commitment to book one of our consultant will then be in touch to commence tailoring your “Post Operative Paradise” holiday.
To simplify the booking process we have also included a secure booking page. once you have received your online estimate you can then return to the web site and proceed with booking your procedures. Our consultant will then finalize an accurate Travel quote on your behalf and commence placing your booking with your preferred Hospital and destination. You are not locked into the price provided on your original Estimate a final estimate will be issued to you after the booking process that includes that accurate price for your desired procedures after consultation with the Hospital and their recommendations provided and agreed to by the client. Travel final quotes will also be provided based on your needs and desires.
Registration Fees
There is a one off payment for Registration fees for clients. Client commitment to pay this should you proceed with a booking is requested in the Booking process. If for any reason a client choose not to proceed with the booking a refund will be given. The Booking system has a secure area to enter Credit card Payments or to choose the option of doing a direct transfer via banks. Please note that this payment is not deducted until agreement on all Surgery and Travel is completed it is only your commitment to pay the fee that is requested it is not an automated deduction system.

Pre and Post Operative Care in Phuket
Our ‘International Patient Care’ package is provided to our client in Phuket free of charge this includes your transportation costs to and from the Airport together with your transportation costs to and from the hospital for all your consultation/surgery and follow-up appointments.
- We have staff on the ground who will assist you with the Patient Registration process upon arrival at the Hospital..
- We assist you with any communication issues regarding your day to day needs, and/or surgeon/hospital procedures and instructions.
- When you are discharged from the hospital we will take you back to the your hotel and then collect you again for any follow up appointments.
- If there are any unforeseen complications we are available on call to ensure you get 1st Class treatment immediately.
When you return home we follow up to ensure that all went well and to obtain any comment or suggestion on how we can further improve our services for our clients
