    At Destiny Medi-Travel, our mission is to provide our clients with the Travel and Medical experience they deserve. We understand that a number of our client do not have extensive travel experience and may feel anxious and concerned about travelling to a foreign country to have Medical treatments and Procedures.

    To ease any feeling of stress or anxiety about their travel or medical procedures in Thailand, we provide a full coordination service where we arrange both their travel and their surgery and all transfers to and from the airport and hospital. In doing this it eliminates our clients to have to organise anything themselves, making ourselves available when they need us often outside retail hours and at night time and on weekends.     Hi Guys, I cant thank you enough for the support that you provided to my sister and me during our recent trip to phuket for surgery. You service impressed us from the time I first called and you called back which was more than most companies I called some are still to return my call lol. You happily went through everything that I would need to take into consideration and was honest about everything which was very refreshing. At no time did we think you were trying to sell something to us it was just like having a conversation with a well-informed friend. This is the sort of interaction both myself and sister needed as we were rightfully nervous and had what seemed like a million questions that we constantly asked and I swear every time you told us that it was great that we asked question as it showed we were researching and become better prepared for what laid ahead. Yep you were right it defiantly helped knowing the amount we did prior to getting to see the surgeon when we arrived. WOW how impressed were we when we saw the hospital it was an amazing world class hospital with staff always there to help you find your way or to ask questions to. Our surgeons we could not fault the consults were very through and covered all the things we needed covered so that we knew what to expect after surgery although most we knew. We both opted for the Furry Brazilian implants just for that added advantage of reducing capsular contracture and movement of the implant which we were told are the most common things that can happen with breast implant surgeries. Surgery went well and we both were discharged the following day with no issues we then spent the next week discovering all the shopping in Patong. Great staying at Millennium hotel as you are so close to all the shopping and everything great location recommend everyone to stay there as they were fantastic too. Everything one we interacted with during our surgery journey was amazing and will be remembered fondly by us both. Expect to have some more Adelaide girls call you as we rave to everyone that meditravel is the only company to go through and Phuket is the only place to have surgery.     Its been 6 weeks now since my surgery in Phuket and everything is going quite well and Im happy with the results. I just wanted to write and say thanks so much for organising my surgery and stay in Phuket. There's no way that I could have organised all that without your help and I really appreciate everything you did. The treatment and service was goodI was very happy with everything you and Meditravel provided and I seriously could not have done that all myself. The prices for surgery are just fantastic and I loved that it included everything. It was wonderful being able to email you with any questions and to get lots of info beforehand. It took the stress out of everything knowing you were coordinating everything for me. I also thought you gave lots of comprehensive info and also were very honest about everything.The folder that you send out was wonderful, all the info and so well presented. It was great to get all the extra info about Phuket in general as well. The tranfers in Phuket we all impeccable. Always early or on time..lovely ppl and nice vehicles. The millenium was wonderful it is in a brilliant location as you are on the outside of a very big shopping centre and have access to everything you could want.The payment process for surgery was easy and very efficient and I was able to pay what was left over (after my bank transfer from Aust) in Aust dollars to PIAC directly which was wonderful. I payed exactly what was estimated with no extras or additions which was such a great price for the procedures that I had done.The hospital was very efficient and spotlessly clean (as you would know) The staff were great at PIAC, esp Yvette and the admin staff. They we so kind and helpful. Dr Kunaporn and Dr Boonchai were both wonderful..professional, friendly and honest. Its wonderful at the hospital how your partner can stay the night in your room and is looked after as well and thats something that isnt done so readily here in Australia! I spent the night in there 'ICU' (as I had the 2 procedures) and Geoff was allowed to stay in my actual hospital room. The room was more like a hotel, all set out beauitfully with toiletries etc

    I decided to undergo surgery as part of my belief that you get one chance in life to be the best person that you can be and I wanted to look in the mirror and know that I am the best version of myself and that I feel successful and proud of myself for striving for excellence.My concerns about traveling for surgery were overcome by doing my own thorough research on many levels, professional advice, family and friends advice, internet research. Knowing as much as possible helps settle concerns.I flew into Phuket the night before my surgery, I found the transfer to and from the airport as well as the car to the hospital excellent. The team at PIAC walk you to and from each department that you might need to visit, helped me with my surgical gown and had excellent communication skills when it came to my queries. I was able to stay two nights in hospital as i wanted the extra supervision after surgery with no extra cost.I was very happy with my surgeon decision. Dr. Veerawat Tirananmongkol. He is a thorough and professional surgeon with a friendly and soft nature. His recommendation to go for a 350 instead of a 325 was the right advice, many women may have heard of 'boob greed' and i was afraid of going too big but now that I have been through the process I am so thankful that I didnt go for 325 because the implant really doesnt look as big as it does when your trying on sizes in your consultation.I had a private suite with a flat screen tv, fridge, couch, private bathroom. It was all clean and new and I had nurses caring for me 24/7, they would respond immediately when I called them for help. I think there service was world class but for a quarter of the price, which is unbeatable.
