Numerous studies have revealed that TiUnite® enhances the rate of osseointegration, which supports Immediate Function™ and makes it possible for a wider range of indications. The surface roughness has been increased, giving the fixture optimal surface texture with an enlarged surface area. The surface texture was achieved by increasing the thickness of the titanium oxide layer. The unique combination of controlled oxide texture and porosity will aid in the ability to absorb proteins from the patient's blood for optimal biologic effect.
