We understand that a number of our client do not have extensive travel experience and may feel anxious and concerned about travelling to a foreign country to have Medical treatments and Procedures.
To ease any feeling of stress or anxiety about their travel or medical procedures in Thailand, we have in place a number of included and optional packages available for our clients when then arrive in Thailand.
Our consultant are there to assist you throughout all the stages of your travel and surgery ensures you get the results you expect as well as having a suitable and relaxing time to recover. A detailed checklist is provided so that you can feel comfortable at your time of departure that everything is in place.
Our highly qualified consultants and hospital representatives in Australia and Thailand work together to ensure that everything is take care. They are there to assist you throughout all the stages of your travel and surgery ensures you get the results you expect as well as having suitable and relaxing time to recover. - Our ‘International Patient Care’ package is provided to our clients having surgery in Phuket as part of their initial booking fee this includes your transportation costs to and from the Airport together with your transportation costs to and from the hospital for all your consultation/surgery and follow-up appointments.
- We have staff on the ground that will assist you upon arrival at the airport, hotel check in and with the Patient Registration process upon arrival at the Hospital.
- Staff to assist you with any communication issues regarding your day-to-day needs, and/or surgeon/hospital procedures and instructions.
- When you are discharged from the hospital we will take you back to the your hotel and then collect you again for any follow up appointments.
- If there are any unforeseen complications we are available on call to ensure you get 1st Class treatment immediately.
When you return home we follow up to ensure that all went well and to obtain any comment or suggestion on how we can further improve our services for our clients
ESCORTED TOURS PHUKET
What is an escorted Tour?
An escorted tour is when members of our team accompany clients to Phuket for their surgery. They are there to assist first hand with clients at the airports (Melbourne and Perth), stay in Phuket at the same as client to be available to answer any questions, make them selves available to attend the hospital or appointment if client wishes. Basically being a person that know the procedures, (some have had them) who to contact at the hospital, money conversion and best of all where to shop for the best bargains!
Who would best benefit from an escorted tour?
Anyone! Although we do promote this to clients who are travelling on their own, first time travellers to Thailand and any clients who just like the reassurance of knowing that someone is there with them if they need them and can assist with any thing they may be unsure of
How many people can be on the Escorted Tour?
We are limited to the number of people on each tour to ensure that we have enough staff travelling and available to cover the client’s needs. Each tour has spots for 10 patients this number does not include any persons that may be travelling with clients.
Are there certain dates that Escorted tours run?
Yes, the dates are pre-set and clients can travel at any time within them and be assured that a staff member will be with them. If clients require assistance at airport they will be restricted to the dates that staff members fly out (Melbourne and Perth only at this stage) Please check with our consultant for the next Escorted tour dates.
