Plan and Budget

As a Medical Coordination company we coordinated and book everything that is required for you to have surgery in Bangkok or Phuket. We have done all the groundwork for you sourcing the best Surgeons and ensuring that the hospitals used are certified as ISO and or JCI. These Accreditation’s is only given to hospitals that have conformed within the International Standards required to facilitate international patients. The care and safety of our clients and their families is the most important thing to our company and we will not jeopardize your safety or our reputation in sending client to disreputable hospitals or clinics.

As a full service company we like to make the whole procedure as personal and simple as possible. Our services Include:

• Booking all your Surgeon or Dental appointments
• Providing all information relevant to your procedure
• Obtaining pre-surgery surgeon recommendations
• Booking recovery hotels.
• Transfers to and from airports
• Coordinating all pick up and drop off for Surgery and Appointments
• Client point of contact both pre and post surgery

Please note that your surgeries cost are not payable until you arrive in Phuket and have your consult with your surgeon. The cost are GST free and inclusive of the following:

• Private Hospital Fees, Anesthetists, Theatre and Surgery, Pathology, X-ray fees
• Private room at the hospital for the duration of  recommended  stay (surgery dependant)
• All inclusive treatments e.g. Implants, bandages, dressings
• Pre and Post-surgery consultation/s by surgeon, as necessary

We do recommend that you plan and book ahead as far ahead as possible giving us at least 2-4 months in advance if not more! This then gives us the advantage to obtain your appointments at the time that you wish with the Doctor that you have chosen. Also allowing you to source the cheapest airfares. Although bookings can be made with as little as 3 weeks’ notice you can often end up paying more for your  air travel as the availability may be limited on airlines..

Estimates

You can obtain an estimate of the cost of your surgery and travel for budgeting purposes through our online estimate system. This is not a final quote or invoice and is just a tool to assist you. Within the estimate system you will be able to select your surgery, dental, treatment and travel options. Flight cost are not included as it is more cost effective for you to source these using the many online airline Website such as Virgin or Jetstar . We do however have access to very good pricing on the recovery hotels that we recommended and can book those for you. You should note that pricing on hotel can change based on season of travel.

You will obtain the best pricing from April-October when hotels offer discounted rates. Once you press the submit button it takes a few minute to process and formulate your estimate, prices are obtained from our online data base and are not manually prepared. This system is an automatic system and will not always include all the options for a particular surgery or service nor will it be able to calculate any current special packages. You can request information specific to your situations through the contact page , where one of our a consultant will then contact you with your requested information.

Estimates will be processed instantly after you press “submit”and an e-mail will arrive to the nominated e-mail address with 1-2 minutes. During this process please do not close your browser until you receive the Thank you message. You will then receive an e-mail with a PDF file attached outlining estimated cost on your input requirements. A unique Estimate Number will be allocated and can then be used throughout the booking process and correspondence.

Placing Your Booking

When you are ready to proceed with your booking we request that you firstly complete the online booking form. This is within an Encrypted secure section of our Website to protect your personal information. This can be found on the right of this page (Blue Box)

You are advised to ensure that you read the term and conditions that you are agreeing to when proceeding through this section. Proceeding is acknowledgement that you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions. This section will ask a series of personal questions and those related to your current medical condition , please ensure that you are truthful and accurate when entering this information as it is a required by the Hospital in determining your eligibility for surgery.

There is specific section for Women undertaking breast surgery to give the surgeon and indication of what size you currently are and what size you would like to be. This is not to say that you final outcome will have to be what you state here. Final choices will be made between yourself and your surgeon at time of consult.

Please note Information entered into the booking form can be manually changed later by your consultant. If you are unsure of the date that you would like surgery please enter close to what you may be thinking and it can be adjusted later. You are given an option to choose your Thailand surgeon should you wish to, we can not always guarantee there availability on the dates that you require, however will endeavor to fulfill your surgeon choice. If you are not sure please choose the option “I am undecided or any available”.

You will then receive an  e-mail with an attachment with instructions on how you should take the photographs required for the surgeon to enable him to provide a photographic recommendation for your chosen surgery. Once you have taken these please e-mail  or upload , as these will be required when we request your surgery appointments so that we can confirm your appointment with the surgeon. Surgery Payment

By placing your appointment booking request you are not committed to have the surgery as no money for surgery is taken from us, it is paid direct to the hospital after your consult with your surgeon on arrival into Phuket.. You however may choose to either pay in part or full prior to your arrival direct to the hospital to take advantage or good currency rates. Detailed payment information on how to do this is available from your consultant.
